Our Graphics Arts Department can work with your prepared files, or we can start from scratch and create a design for you.

We have the manufacturing capability of producing up to 6 million placemats a day.  Our printing process can accommodate from 1 to 8 colors. This means you can print 4 colors on both the front and backside of your placemat or tray liner. You can have two marketing messages on one placemat. We have 5 presses that print up to 8 colors and a Brand new press that can print 3 placemats at one time at a speed of 130,000 placemats an hour.

We can linenized finish on your placemat and finish cut it to round-corners, scalloped or many other patterns. Call us for more information.

We have folding available both in-line and off-line so we can fold your coloring book and menu to a 4 page book.

Do you need napkins? Our Napkin Division can convert up to 2 million napkins a day. We specialize in ¼ and 1/8-fold napkins for the “Food Service Industry”. We can also print your napkins up to 2 colors. See our Napkin link to view our NEW Napkin Facility.
